Info: Blaire, a native Texan, earned a B.S degree from The University of Texas at Austin in 2002. Prior to the start of her career as a Realtor, she worked for Neiman Marcus, Oil and Gas Acquisition Group and Discovery Land Company. An entrepreneurial spirit, combined with her family background and appreciation for ranching and land development made real estate a natural career choice for her. She became a licensed Realtor in 2004 and a licensed Broker in 2007. Blaire has been the Principal/Broker for Solano Properties, LLC since January 2008.

Info: Zac, also a native Texan, has called the city of West home for over 25 years. Zac first graduated from West High School in May of 1995 and then graduated from Baylor University with a B.B.A. in Management in December of 1999. Shortly after graduation, he moved to Austin, Texas and accepted a position with Merrill Lynch as a financial advisor. There he uncovered new business opportunities and managed portfolios for high net worth clients. He moved back to West, Texas to resume selling cars, as he did in college for his father, Jerrel Bolton, in May of 2002. Zac accepted the General Manager’s position at Jerrel Bolton Chevrolet in July of 2003. There he ran the daily operations of new, pre-owned and internet sales. Zac was also involved with overseeing finance, service, parts, body shop, marketing, accounting, human resources, and customer service.
Through the years, Zac has obtained many licenses and certifications. During his years in the automobile business, Zac received General Motors certifications for General Manager, Sales Consultant, and Sales Manager. While Zac was at Merrill Lynch, he obtained Series 7, Series 66 and Group 1 licenses. Most recently, while forming Solano Properties, Zac completed his certification to become a REALTOR® and he is now the President of Solano Properties.
Community involvement and family are also very important to Zac. He has been a member of the West Kiwanis Club since May 2002 and a West Chamber of Commerce Director since January 2007. Recently, he was also instated as a chairman on the newly formed West Economic Development Committee. Zac has a wife, Tiffany, and they have a daughter, Olivia.
